Culture and language go hand-in-hand as they shape how we think. Cultures are not givens. They are made. 

 

How we think with language shapes our institutional cultures, and conversely our institional cultures shapes our language and how we think.

 

But what if I told you that because these structures are human inventions, they can be dismantled to create new languages and cultures for innovative ways of thinknig wherein you can thrive?
